Taco Soup Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 3 lbs. of ground chuck or chicken breast cooked
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 cans of black beans (drained and rinsed)
  • 2 cans of kidney beans (drained and rinsed)
  • 2 cans of cream corn
  • 2 cans of whole tomatoes (cut into bite sized pieces)
  • 2 cans of original Rotel tomatoes
  • 2 packages of taco seasoning
  • 2 packages of Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix

Directions:

Simmer the soup for hours and hours and hours over very low heat.  The longer it sits, the better.  Garnish and serve with sour cream, cheddar cheese, and fresh cilantro!

    when all else fails, make taco soup! I will have to try your recipe, I’ve never heard of using cream corn before.
